Great hooksLove that these come in a multi-pack. We used two to hold our step ladder and the other for our dust pan. Works great and super easy to install and move around on the utility top track. Great design overall.

Alternative to utility Tool HoldersWhen I redid my garage I used these for larger tools instead of the tool holders. These are $6/pair vs $7.50 or $9 each for the tool holders, and you don't have to worry about guessing which size you need or whether it will hold the tool properly. I'm also using them in a redone closet next to a shelf to hang things like umbrellas.

Great for gloves/garden shovelsI used this to create hooks for shovels, lopers, and gloves. It works great. I marked it down 1 star since the size of the hooks did make it such that 1 tool did not work (which was wood so I increased the size of the hole and then hung it up)
Do you not sell the utility track pieces that these fit into anymore?
I saw a post with shorter pieces of utility track pieces to use with these hooks to hang coats. They were in the Elfa closet system. If you don’t sell them anymore what do use to put these hooks on? You can see in the picture the track piece I’m talking about.

Do these 'click in'?
Seems they don't fully 'click in' on bottom. I am unsure if I should apply more force or if they are supposed to be like that. Seems they could pop out fairly easily when taking items off the hook. Thoughts?

To install our elfa utility Accessory Hook, insert the tab into the lower lip of the Track, then insert the top of the hook under top lip of the Track. Complete the installation by pulling the Accessory Hook down until it clicks into place. Talk to one of our elfa Experts by calling 1-888-266-8246 if you have any remaining questions.

What is the specific weight limit for this product?
In a previous response, you mention a "medium weight" restriction for this product. I'd like to have a more specific answer. What constitutes medium weight? 20lbs? 50? 10? It's important for me to know before risking an improper installation and use.

Stephanie and her family (husband John and kids Allie and John) are fortunate enough to have a sizable Houston basement- nearly 2000 square feet! However, the frequently used space was very unorganized and had become a dumping ground for a myriad of items. Also, Stephanie and her family suffered a terrible flood in the space recently.
