Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Very Strong I bought this to transport 2 milk crates of art supplies around my school. I had to remove one of the milk crates because it felt as if the handle would break off under the weight. Even with just one milk crate and a minimum of supplies, it doesn't feel very sturdy. I doubt it will last the school year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing!!! This dolly is a power house! I bought it thinking it that I may use it occasionally. Instead I use it all the time! I added a crate to the bottom for groceries, used it move a washer/ dryer, and even a coffee table. If the wheels were larger it would help with bumps and doorways. I always pull it through a doorway instead of trying to push it. Other than that, it is great!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Plastic parts at a crucial part of the product I really liked the looks and function of the folding dolly. But, when there is heavy plastic in a high use part of how the wheels open, it eventually breaks. So it's not opening correctly anymore as the plastic where the wheels open is broken.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fails I've owned this product 18 months and purchased at the Southlake, TX store. The wheels are nearly impossible to get to flip out. It doesn't matter if you try flipping the shelf down or pulling the wheels out, it is difficult to open every time. Wheels will not lock in place so when you do finally get it open, it folds back up.

Community Q&A

Does this work well with stairs?

Asked by: MyndsEye
While moving from one apartment to another, I was faced with having to navigate five stairs from the garage level to the elevator, and I decided against using the hand truck on them. The wheels aren't very large, so you'd find that you couldn't angle it back much at all, so you'd find yourself pulling it up more than back. You could try it, but because of the high angle, I'd say to be sure to use the bungee cord to keep the load in place. Also, whether it'll work well on stairs probably depends as much on the size of what you're hauling as the weight.

I'm not sure how much my couch weighs, but is this sturdy enough to move furniture? Could I use it for a full move if I don't have appliances?
