Does this easily mount to a "Top Track"? i.e. Is a Does a Top Track function the same as a Utility Rack?

How many full-size basketballs fit in one storage bag? For mounting, will it only work with the Utility Track or will the Top Track also work??

Using our Elfa Utility Mesh Storage Bag for laundry collection and transport is a wonderful idea! Just be mindful to avoid the Velcro closure as it can snag clothing.
