Will it work with a moving seat?

Yes. Works well with moving seats, including back / forth and up / down.  Also, only takes 1 second to adjust if it ever bunches up. I have installed on 3 cars and give to everyone as a gift when they get a new car.

How does one clean this product?

Is it ok to machine wash these? If not, what is the recommended method of cleaning?

We recommend spot cleaning our Drop Stop Seat Gap Filler with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a mild fabric detergent; pat dry with a clean cloth.
