Rated 5 out of 5 by Love my cutting mat! I love this because it's easy to wash and it's bendable. I no longer have to pull out my cutting board. It also stores easily in a drawer. Love it! February 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Multi Purpose I not only use these as cutting boards, but I also use them as shelf liners for the wire shelves in my closets/pantry to keep smaller shelves, books and small items from falling through. They are so thin you don't even see them, but are sturdy enough to not bend. Great for either use! May 1, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lightweight and useful I cook all the time and I have 2 cutting boards but I seem to need them more often than I run the dishwasher. Got these because of the price. They work well and are flexible. Nice and thin on the counter and lightweight. February 15, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Can Not Live Without!! I think these are the best cutting boards I have ever found for the price. The light weight and flexibility makes them very versatile in the kitchen. They also are easy to fit in any dishwasher. Though they do get warn out more quickly than heavier cutting boards, I still find the inexpensive price worth it to buy them 3-4 times a year. This also assures me that I am always cutting on a clean surface. February 15, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by flexi fabulous! Love these cutting boards for sliding cut veggies into a pot without dropping anything on the floor. February 14, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Portable Cutting Board This makes adding stuff to other bowls or pots so easy. I also like that it's so lightweight so I can move it around to different rooms if I want to without any problems. Highly recommend! December 2, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Economical option These cutting boards are a great buy. I have been using the same ones for roughly four years and have never had a problem with the edges curling. I store them vertically between my other cutting boards and they are fine. They are ideal for kids to use - lightweight and easy to clean. I include a set in every housewarming gift. They are an essential for very kitchen. November 1, 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good for what they are These are good for basics. They're nice because you can pour food into containers/pots with small openings. On the other hand, they start to curl after some use, and it's difficult to make them lie flat without weighing them down. March 17, 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by useful, not the best These cutting boards are smart, but could be better. We've been using them for quite some time and they started curling shortly after we bought them. They are very useful, but the curling is an annoyance. Possibly a different storage method would help, but don't buy these unless you have a large, flat location for storage. March 3, 2010

Community Q&A

If this piece of thin plastic safeguards your counter from cuts by knives, why am I also able to cut pieces of it to change sizes?

I'm leery of what appears to be a plastic sheet of paper being able to prevent damage to my counters when I use it the same way I would use a standard butcher block cutting board. And if it's strong enough to prevent damage from knives why am I able to actually cut this product down to a customized size with a pair of kitchen shears. In other words, why don't knives penetrate it, but kitchen shears will

This plastic sheet is about as thick as a 32th of an inch. You are able to cut it with sissors because you having two blades cut simulatneously from both sides.
