Rated 4 out of 5 by GayleHuntling from Great concept Sticky pads to hang this on the wall do not keep the weight - and it falls down. Had to nail it. Other than that, it is a great board to have by the door. I also added the calendar white board.

How is the chalk marker removed?

I'm wary because I've used some chalk markers before that after they are wiped away there is forever a slight ghost image remaining of what was written - absolutely nothing can remove it. Is this chalk marker like that? Can regular chalk be used on this board?

You can remove this with water. Various chalk markers erase more cleanly than other, but the board should erase cleanly with a good chalk marker. Thank you!

Can you affix to dorm wall using Command tape?

Yes, when drilling into the wall is not an option, we recommend using our Command Strips (shown below) or something similar. Our Black Square Chalk Board from U-Brands weighs 1.1 pounds.
