Nice, Sturdy TrayI bought two of these trays for my office. We use them for office meetings when we are serving food. Each section is spacious enough for 20+ forks/knives/spoons. This item is larger than most cutlery trays-so note that if you are buying for a drawer. Very sturdy and has little pads on the bottom so it won't scratch your table. Fit my need perfectly.

Good to use for silverware!I tried the standard plastic thingies that hold silverware, and I tried that horrible, wobbly drawer organizing system that consists of plastic dividers that one cuts to whatever lengths desired and snaps into place, but neither of those options were sufficient or sturdy enough to hold 12 place settings of silverware. Two of these trays, though, are proving to be the PERFECT solution.
The compartments are big enough to hold, for ex., 12 forks, and because they're rounded, I don't feel compelled to stack the silverware nicely like I did when I used the standard plastic thingies (or am I the only one so obsessed?).
I also appreciate the fact that the compartments are all the same size so I can have big forks next to small forks like I want it instead of being stuck with the organizing scheme of whoever designs those standard plastic thingies.
My suggestion is to use them for silverware, being sure to buy two so you'll have a slot each for little forks, big forks, little spoons, big spoons, knives, and the odd serving pieces. As always, be sure to measure your drawers first to make sure that two will fit! I'm thinking that in standard-sized drawers, the trays will have to be placed one toward the front of the drawer and one behind instead of side-by-side. But I think it'd be worth it!

how wide are each drawers ?
I am considering buying this product to organize my compacts. They are 3 inches each (Rimmel Stay Matte ones), would they fit perfectly are would they move constantly ?

Each section measures: 10 1/8" long by 3 3/8" wide, by 2 3/8" high. These are internal measurements. The height is also measured from the lowest point of the curve.
