Perfect for turning workspace seat into storage!I needed a place to store supplies away at my home office work station that would be close by for easy access, but also locked up to keep my littles ones from getting into things. Heavy weight makes it a solid seat with a magnetic pad on top for cushion. Key locks both drawers at the same time. An inferior product might buckle from the weight of an adult, but this doesn't falter and impede the drawers opening whilst sitting upon. Bottom deep drawer has file cabinet supports. Top drawer is shallow and adjustable divider. All this on castors and I'm a fan.
I prefer a backless seat to keep a low profile (slide it under desk for storage) and it allows me to take a knee if I want a partial stand.
I see that this is 21-1/2" tall with it's wheels. Since you also show a photo of the cabinet without the wheels, what is its height?
Also, does it come in any other colors?

If the big drawer is fully loaded with files, does it tip over when the drawer is opened?

height of drawers--not adding up?
I had the same question as an earlier poster--but the answer didn't add up for me. If the height of the bottom drawer is 9" and the top drawer is 3.5", how can the total height of the item be 21.5 inches? Do the casters and magnetic seat really add 9 inches? Or is there some other design feature that takes up several inches more of space?

The interior dimensions of the bottom drawer are 13 1/4" wide x 15 5/8" deep x 9 1/2" high.
The top drawer has the same width and depth and is 3 1/2" high.
