What kind of fabric is covering the padding? Is it like the 'non-slip' canvas hangers you used to carry? I don't want slippery, silky fabric.

If these are like the 'non-slip padded canvas hangers' you used to carry then I am excited to see them back... wish they would go on sale, because I want a closet full of them. :-) Also, would love to see them in pant hangers. I love how they pick my garments up closer to the hanging rod; leaving more clearance below. It is a more efficient use of hanging space.
