Which age group are these best suited for?

Are the hangers more for infants and toddlers, or are they more for elementary to jr. high age groups?

Our Kid's Premium Non-Slip Velvet Hangers are 12" wide, making them the ideal size for most school-aged children. For comparison, baby, infant and toddler hangers are usually about 10" wide; petite-size hangers are in the 14" to 15" range; adult hangers are in the 17" to 18" range; over-sized hangers are 19" wide and larger.

Are these bigger than baby-sized hangers? I'm looking for some that will fit clothes for older children. Like 7-10 year old size. Adult hangers are too big and baby hangers are too small.
