Better than the dry cleaners hangersI hate the hangers the pants come on when I pick them up from the dry cleaners. These hangers are great and hassle-free. It's easy for me to switch the pants to these without too much work. And they're super slim so they don't take up much room in the closet.

Bring back the older, thicker hangersThese hangers are so thin (diameter) that pants wrinkle and slip right off of them. Also, the hook portion that goes over the rod in the closet is too small.
Please please please bring back the thicker, larger, better hangers you used to sell. I will gladly pay more for higher quality. Thank you!

Can't use any other hanger for my pantsThese are the best hangers I have ever used for pants. They are very sturdy and support the heaviest fabric you can find. They take up a minimum amount of room in the closet. There is never a crease and your pants will not slip off the bar.

Great HangersHave been looking for these for a long time. Had a couple of old ones given to me and fell in love with the design. They hang a pair of pants higher on the bar so they don't drag on the floor of my closet. It is so easily to select and remove a pair without having to "paw" through the closet. Happy Camper!

Chrome Pant Hangers - OutstandingThese chrome pant hangers are fantastic for closeting pants, but also handle corduroys and jeans well too. They take up minimal space and are sturdy enough to support the heaviest fabrics. I have owned them for years and the quality is outstanding. As I add more pants to my wardrobe, I buy more of these hangers.

Best pants hangersI was dismayed when Container Store discontinued these hangers. They're back in a slightly lighter weight than before, but I snatched up three packs in case they ever go away again. Easy on easy off for my slacks, and the pants don't slide off sideways.

Just what I was looking forI recently moved and now have much more hanging space and much less drawer space for clothes storage, so I'm gradually building up a collection of nice hangers that suit the items I'm hanging on them. I have nice wooden hangers with a pants bar already, but I find them annoyingly fiddly for hanging pants.
I bought two packs of these hangers to try them out, after looking at similar items in other stores and skipping them because of the texture of the grip on the hanger - too slick and pants won't stay on, too sticky and it's hard to put the pants on so they hang nicely without weird wrinkles. These have just the right amount of grip - very silky pants might not stay put, but jeans, leggings, sweatpants, trousers, and even riding breeches have all behaved themselves quite nicely for me so far.
I also like the open style - I have double hanging where I hang my pants, and pants go on the bottom rod, which means I'm looking down at them when selecting. With regular hangers it can be difficult to see which is which because the hanger itself is in the way. With these, it's easy to see color and material so I can identify which pants I want and grab them and go.
I'm actually coming back right now to buy some more so I can have most of my pants on them. (I don't actually use them for things like leggings because those don't really NEED to be hung up. I just tested them with leggings to see how well it worked with different weights of pants and types of material.)

Weird VisuallyI have a reach-in closet with a single horizontal bar. These hangers looked weird when I hung my pants on them. The pointy part of the rod was poking out and the slacks tipped the hanger back and up. It looked like the closet had swallowed my pants. Maybe would look better in a walk-in with valet rods. These may save a little bit of space- but I much preferred using the "Huggable Hanger" which allowed for even spacing between slacks/sweaters/shirts and a neater look.

Best Pant HangersI love these. I have a few other types and I haven't found better use for them as I still need them for the number of pants I have. I find that these work best while staying minimal.
I have tried another type with larger padding, but those are a tad bulky. Yet another one I've tried provides versatility - however, the pants hanging part sags.
These are slim and strong!

My Favorite Pants SolutionI purchased these to add to our existing collection of pants hangers. They are our favorite pants hanging solution, as the are strong and provide easy access and hanging. I was a bit disappointed in the price; two dollars per hanger is a bit steep in my book, but sometimes you have to overpay to get the right product.

Perfect for a different useWe have several different types (and multiples) of tape for a variety of purposes (duck tape, masking, electrical, etc.) and I needed something that would make it easy to remove and replace the rolls of tape for my organization challenged family. I had tried several methods, but this worked very well. I was able to sort & store all the tape easily, and the length of the bar was just right. Just so you know, I don't leave them dangling, as the weight of the tape would tip the bar if you completely filled it with tape. We have metal racks in our garage/workshop and the bar is long enough for me to rest on one of the higher racks. I've included a picture.

ThinnerI was disappointed with this product and plan on returning it. I purchased about 30 hangers like this many years ago and decided to add to my collection. When compared to the same hangers I bought many years ago these were way thinner and not as strong. I suppose if you did not have others to compare them to you might think they were okay.

Great for scarfsI got these originally for my husbands slacks, but I keep ordering more because they are so great for hanging flimsy silk scarfs. The scarfs don't get wrinkled, they don't slip off the hanger, and they hardly take up any space in my closet. The hangers are very sturdy and nice looking, and should be serviceable for many many years.

Best Pant Hangers EverLove these hangers! Bought them for all my pants. Love the look of them and how sturdy they are. They hold pants perfectly with no drooping and even save a couple of inches of space since they are shorter than average pants hangers. This enabled me to move both my Elfa shelves with hanging bars down and gave me room to add another shelf above for even more storage in my closet. They are a little expensive, but definitely worth it.

Good product but not for man's pantsIt is a great product, and very good for pants to remove from hanger easily without taking the whole hanger out, especially if you are using it in a tiered hanger. I have similar one from someplace else that motivated me to buy this. But I have to return it, because they are too small for a man's pants- width wise. If you are buying on-line keep this in mind.

Sturdy, shorter hangerI switched out all of my plastic hangers to hang our pants. I used to use the plastic tube hangers, but they hung so low that some of the clothes would touch the floor. Also, if I pulled too hard, the plastic hangers would break.
These chrome hangers will never break and they sit higher off the ground. Although they looked like they wouldn't be wide enough for a pair of men's pants, there is plenty of length on the bar.
The only disadvantage that I was told of was that if your closet is really crammed and your clothes are tightly packed together, removing a pair of pants pulls off the next one because the hanger is open to the side. I haven't had this problem because we have sufficient horizontal space in our closets.

Can't believe I am writing a review about a hangerI cannot believe I am about to write a review about hangers...
These hangers are AWESOME!!! I have recently developed a dislike towards hangers, but they are a necessity.
Space:
These bad boys measure 6 3/4" from the top of the hanger to the bottom of the bar. My old plastic hangers average at 9 3/4". This is a 3" gain in vertical space. That is a big deal.
Look and Feel:
Super sturdy - holds my heaviest pants without signs of stress. Made of quality material. Look sharp. Made with non-slip coating on bar.
Usability:
The non-slip coating is MAGIC - My pants don't slip and it is not too "grippy" to replace/retrieve pants. Über perfect scenario. They do not get tangled up with each other or with other hangers. Very user-friendly.
Final Words:
I highly recommend these hangers. I was looking for exactly this. Others were too "grippy", not "grippy" enough, incapable of holding heavier pants, crazy expensive, and/or did not offer the maximum amount of vertical space savings. These hangers are very reasonably priced compared to other quality products on the market and offer an overall tight package. I understand that ~$2 per hanger may seem pricey, but it is well worth it.
I bought 5 packs yesterday and plan to go back today and get several more.

Chrome Pant HangersGreat addition to our closet. Bought a new set for our son and his wife, after they re-vamped their closet.
Do pants have knee creases after hanging on these?
No one commented on knee creases. I been hanging my pants long like in the store to eliminate knee creases. Would love to be able to double hang but not if there are wrinkles at the knees. Please let me know.

I have been using them for about nine months and none of my pants have creases. I even have a few pairs that I haven't worn since I put them on the hanger nine months ago and I just checked to see if they have creases and they do not.

What is the gripping material made of and what size rod dowel will these hangers fit over?
I'm trying to ensure these hangers will fit over my closet dowels. The slack hanger dimensions I currently have are 13" x 6" x 2.5." The 2.5" refers to fitting over the closet rod dowel.
