Solid Shoe RackThis is the first shoe rack I have ever owned and it has easily done what I expect a good storage rack should do. I own a good 10 pairs of shoes and this product fits them all without any problems. I say that I didn't have any problems but others might. This rack can mostly only store low-cut shoes unless you put higher mid cut shoes on the very top level so it can stick out. Overall, good build quality and design.

Great Shoe RacksI ordered 3 of these shoe racks, they were easy to put together and they hold a lot of shoes. They have helped to organize my closet well and they even bring a high-end and finished look to my closet.

Really flimsyThis shelf did not work in my space so I ended up returning it. Also I found it to be flimsy and my shoes did not fit well on it. In the end, I returned it and got the over-the-door mesh shoe bag that I love and much cheaper.

falls apartThis is very flimsy and falls apart often. My husband hates it. I would consider buying another one from TCS but I feel I can't trust the reviews since this one's average rating is so high.

Shoes consistently fall off rackSo I bought these some time ago but I am still very frustrated. They were much more expensive than the shoe racks I had to give away when I was moving but poorly designed for small sized shoes. I wear a 7-7.5 and my shoes always fall off the rack.

Fits my spaceThis item was easy to assemble and fits the space I have but, not sure I like the spacing between the bars. Shoes seem to want to fall thru which is annoying. But it looks fine and does fit for what I need.

IngeniousSimple, expandable, shoe rack for the gentleman who may have 3 or 4 pair of shoes or the lady who may have more. After downsizing, space is a premium and this expandable shoe rack is "foots" the bill.

Great shoe rackBought this 3 tier rack with the grippy slats and liked it so
much that I ordered a second one. It fits lots of shoes on
the 3 racks, so I can fit my whole wardrobe in my closet
thanks to these compact racks.

Not great if you have small feet...This product was easy to put together and seems sturdy enough. However, the distance between the bars in each row is pretty large, so if you have small feet and thereby small shoes, your shoes may not reach across the distance. I wear a women's 6 or 6.5, and most of my heels and sandals are not long enough.

Only for moccasinsTerrible shoe rack. None of my sneakers actually fit between the racks without their tongues getting wedged in. Only use for this is for penny loafers or other moccasin-style shoes.
Awful. I'd return it but I can't be bothered to pack it up and mail it. Just throw it out.

Fits the billThis was one of the easiest assembly ever -- holes drilled, no screwdrivers or drills required. And it expands! Love the grippers that hold shoes in place and the dark rich color. Have zero complaints about this product. If you don't have one, buy it!

EhhhFirst the good - I just bought this product (3 of them actually - I have a ton of shoes). I like the concept, I can make it smaller if I don't have a lot of shoes to put on it, and it's around 4 feet long when fully expanded. The no slip-grip on the bars seemed to do a good job of holding my shoes in place. And it seemed like it was a little wobbly, but it is holding my rain boots and Uggs on its top shelf. It was also easy to set up. Each one took me no more than 5 minutes.
The bad - It seems cheaply made. When I was screwing in the screw, one of the pieces of the plastic knob came right off in my hand while I was tightening it. I'm strong but not that strong! I also noticed that when I put it together and tried to extend the bars, a few of them were stuck. When I pulled the wooden ends apart to extend the bars, they came loose but then some of the rubber ripped off. Like the extending part was stuck in the bar for too long... When I went to move them, the screws also came loose. When I tried to extend them, I just pulled until the small bars came completely apart from the bigger ones. There is no catch to make sure you don't over extend them, so then you have to try and put all 6 back in by lining them up (not easy with the no slip rubber) and pushing. Like I said, the idea is great, and if it was well-made it would have been worth the $30 per rack, but I'm sure you could find something similar elsewhere for half the price.

does the jobwhen i first opened it, the pieces were a little cheaper than i expected for the price - the sides looked like cheap wood and one of the foam pieces wasnt all the way on one of the rods (and i cant really adjust it) but it serves its purpose well.
might be a little more satisfied if it were a tad cheaper.

Nice for the priceI found that this shoe rack very nice for the price. Sturdy, and nice to look at. It also holds my shoes nicely and because of the padding around the bars it supports high heel shoes with out scratching.

can you stack this unit. I have about 50 pairs of shoes/sandals-should I be looking at another unit?

All my shoes are woman size 7 shoes will they fit perfectly on the rack and not fall through?
Asked by: Ali123
Absolutely not. I bought this rack and my size 7 heels will hang on one end and not touch the other end at all. I have to return this myself for that reason. Unless they are very pointy toed heels they will not reach the other end. Badly designed because it is just not practical at all. Size 7 is a pretty common shoe size and women are common shoe owners and heels are pretty common too, but you'll need a model that is less deep. Hope this helps.

What is the max height for shoes to be stored on lower racks?
I have some tall heels and booties that need to be organized. The highest bootie is about 8" tall. Will those fit on the lower sections of the rack? If so, how easily will I be able to take them in and out?
Thanks!

The height of the lower racks of the Natural 3-Tier Grippy Shoe Rack is 5" h. We recommend storing taller shoes on the top rack.
