Luminaid PackLite Halo Solar Light is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Last I bought four of these for my kids. They did not last one summer. Not even sure if they all worked to start with. It is a great idea but if they can't make it through a week at camp they are not durable enough to warrant spending the money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Handy and space saving but . . . I was very excited to try this item because it is so lightweight and was solar powered. I thought it would be perfect when the power went out or when traveling. It worked great, for 3 hours. Then, there was a slight "pop" sound and the lantern went dark, never to turn on again. I expected it to last longer, especially since I am very easy and gentle on my things.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great light Easy to use, charges easily, lightweight and good light output. Great that it folds flat for storage. Bought for emergency kit and have used it during a power outage.

Community Q&A

How do you inflate it?

Asked by: likecontainerstore
You open the gasket (?) on the bottom of the light, and pull the lamp open. You can also blow a little bit on it to fully inflate it, but it would not be necessary. Close the gasket so the light remains fully open.

Is the battery replaceable?

Asked by: jbmilehi
I don't think so...but it is a rechargeable solar light. That may not even be an issue.
