Our acrylic of our Clear Boxes with Metallic Lids is imprinted to mimic metal. The surface is not recommended for engraving.

Yes, although they do fit securely, the lift-off lids of our Clear Boxes with Brushed Metallic Lids do separate easily from the bases.
