Stuck lockI have had this file cabinet less than 2 months. I locked it for the first time tonight and then needed back inside to file another item. The keys will insert but won’t unlock the cabinet! Now all my documents are locked inside and I have no way of opening it. I don’t want to drill into a new cabinet especially at this price. Unsure what to do. I am finding that it is flimsy enough to probably pull with full force and open it, but it would be lopsided forever. Avoided cheaper cabinets for these reasons.

Smart PurchaseThis file cabinet is intelligently crafted. It accommodates legal and normal size files automatically. Although well constructed, the cabinet can be moved with ease. The drawers open well.
The cabinet will hold any letter or legal-sized file folders.

Thank you for your questions! This cabinet is currently only available in stores or for Click & Pick Up. These cabinets have an anti-tilt mechanism that can completely lock the cabinet (without a way to unlock) when turned on its side or upside down which is why we cannot ship online. We are working with the vendor for a solution.

Took drawers out. What is the trick to get them back on the tracks.

Did you get an answer? Our top drawer (2-file drawer) version had the end of the slider separate from the drawer. Now we struggle to get the slider out so we can reconnect it to the front side of the drawer.

Where is the key for the filing cabinet?
I recently picked up this filing cabinet and realized that I don’t have a key to go with it to lock it. I looked inside both drawers and don’t see anything attached to it. Where would this be?

Can they be stacked?
Most of the pictures of the combination of 2 and 3 drawers are side by side. But I would like to know if I can stack them up? I have limited space.

How much does the cabinet weigh?
It says the cabinet is pick up only so I was wondering how much it weighs in order to be able to get it home myself.
