How heavy is this basket?

Will this Replacement Rectangular Water Hyacinth Hamper Liner SKU#: 10067008 fit a hamper that measures 21" x 11" x 24.25"?

The hamper that this replacement liner is meant for measures 23" x 18 1/2" x 13 3/4". The material is a linen, so it does not strech. The dimensions you provided will not be suitable for this replacement hamper liner. Thank you!

Does the lift-off lid have any inside lip so that it fits snugly onto the bottom?
