Hi! Does the dimension include the full length including the part that sits on the drawer frame or is it only interior dimension? Like a previous person asked and got a vague answer -I have a drawer that is only a little over 10" interior dimension... So I need to know if the width includes the part that sits on TOP of the drawer sides... Thanks!

Are you able to slide the organizer back and forth or does it need to be removed in order to access the items underneath?

Does the 10 3/8 dimension include the lips that go over the side of the drawer? My drawers are only 9.5" wide inside the sides.
