Product function question

I have purchased one of these trays so far and really like it EXCEPT that it doesn’t have any “stops” to keep it spread open, so it occasionally falls down into the drawer making a big cluttered mess again. The tray must be vibrating while opening and closing the drawer. Any suggestions for keeping it open to the needed width so that it doesn’t retract back and collapse into my drawer? It’s otherwise a great product, and if this issue could be remedied I’d like to purchase more of them for other drawers. Thanks!

We believe that if you use some Museum Putty, Museum Gel, or 3M Scotch Adhesive Putty, that will keep the drawer secure and from falling down. If this does not work, please email us at contain@containerstore.com and we can help you find a different solution
