Best Shelf Liner EverI love this shelf liner. I have used it before and it is so easy to cut to a length and width of your shelf. It lays on the shelf so neatly. It is the best shelf liner I have ever used. I recommend it to all my friends. It is very easy to keep clean. I use just a sponge and water when needed.

Disappointed because the product does not lay flatToday, I purchased two large (20' X 24") rolls. I chose this shelf liner because I believed the ribbed design would make cutting a cinch and the thickness would be durable. I started on my island, which is about 8' X 46" in size. I planned to lay two 8' lengths with just a 2" overlap in the middle (which would not even be seen) on the upper shelf and repeat that on the bottom shelf. I used my cardboard fabric cutting form to help speed the task. Very quick and easy job!
Unfortunately, when I put the liner on the upper shelves, the edges did not lay flat. Indeed, the plastic edges were very wavy. Up and down, and up and down every 3 to 4 inches. I tried using some double-sided sticky tabs to try to get the liner to lay down flat, but the waves just became shorter, up and down about every 1 to 2 inches. I looked at my overall work, and decided it just looked too unsightly to suit me. I removed it all and will try a different product. Luckily, I had not yet cut the second roll, which I will be returning tomorrow.
If you just need something really thick and don't mind the overall esthetics of the wavy edges, you might be satisfied this product.

Best drawer liner EVERThe feature I like best is when the drawer liner is cut so that the ribs run side to side then objects placed inside don’t slide to the back of the drawer. Plus the ribs help to cut a straight line.

Meh...This matting is easy to cut and effective at protecting the surface from moisture, etc., but it does not lay flat when cut to fit in narrower spaces. So, great for under a sink, but other cabinets, not so much.

Very Easy to UseThis product is the easiest to use shelf liner I have ever come across for several reasons.; The liner has slightly raised ribbs that make to super easy to cut a straight line. It is not necessary to "cut" the plastic if using even semi-sharp scissors just run them across the material to cut. The material is heavy duty but still thin making it lie flat instantly. The material does not have nor does it need a sticky mess.

Very useful for more than shelvesBeen using this matting for many years now. It’s versatile for more than just shelving. Great cabinet linerWe just had our cabinets refaced and I removed all the old contact paper liner. I bought this product because I wanted something new and more functional. This liner is easy to cut, easy to place in the cabinets and it looks wonderful. Much much better than traditional contact paper. I would definitely use this again.

Heavy duty linerI bought this liner for under my sinks. I wanted a heavier plastic liner and this fits the bill. There was a bit left and we use that as a tub liner, rather than the ones with suction cups. The ribs provide non slip footing in the tub and under sinks.

Great shelf linerThese clear shelf liners are not paper thin, but they cut easily and give great shelf protection for my new cabinets. A utility knife, straight edge and a hard surface is all you need to cut them to fit. The liners will tear apart like a sheet of paper to install. I like that the liners can be removed, washed and put back in the cabinets if they get spills or dust.

Tips to make this liner even betterAs a professional organizer and move-in specialist, I use this liner exclusively. It has many good features, as are listed in the other reviews. But here are a couple of tips we use on the job: 1) Trim the first edge to a 90 degree angle before cutting your first piece because the liner comes a bit off by about 1/4"; and 2) After cutting the liner, roll the piece in your hands against the curl in order to straighten it out.

Good Looking, Stays Put, Easy to Clean, CheapWhen we moved in I spent hours cutting & lining our kitchen shelves with non-stick foam liners that didn't even look good! (You can see it on the upper shelf of my photo.) These old liners would wrinkle under dishes and made the cabinets even harder to clean. I hesitantly tried out one roll of this Plast-O-Mat liner and am so happy, I'm ordering more to finish lining all our cabinets. See it in action on the lower shelf in my photo -- it looks clean and uncluttered, is easy to measure and cut, heavy enough that it doesn't wrinkle or stick, and you can just wipe it off with a sponge if something spills. And it's not any more expensive than the grungy-looking liners we are replacing!

Keeps our new cabinets looking newWe have brand new kitchen cabinets and purchased 4 rolls of this product to line our shelves. It works well. It is thick and sturdy, but cuts well. Unfortunately, both the 12" and 24" wide rolls were too wide for all of our cabinets. We had to do a lot of trimming and had a lot of waste. But they keep scratches from occurring and let air circulate, in case dishes are still damp when put away. Our four rolls were not nearly enough so we will be purchasing more!

Best liner EVER!I wished I had bought this liner years ago! It is durable and easy to clean. You cut to fit once and you are done for a lifetime!
We have 30 year old cabinets made of particle board (inside bottoms) that we chose to prime and paint to freshen them up for the time being--shelves are a type of laminate wood. Will Plast-O-Mat stick to the paint and remove it if the mat accidentally pulls up from the particle board? That's my biggest concern--it's taking a fair amount of work to do all this painting--and while I don't want to pull up the mat for any reason, all shelf liners I've used before catch a pot or casserole dish sometimes and pull up...

Will these work for my shoe trays/drawers?
I have been looking for something like this to line my pull out shoe trays/drawers with. I need them for all types of shoes (see attatched pics for reference). Will the ribbing help keep my shoes in place (the auto close mechanism causes the shoes to slide)? Will it work with wedges? Can these liners be taken out from time to time and washed off? Also, how dense/ridged are these liners? Thanks!
