Therefore, we do not have a published weight capacity of any one elfa product or solution. When installed properly and used with the elfa system of hardware, hang standards, brackets & shelves, it will support a considerable amount of evenly distributed weight such as an entire library of books, a complete entertainment system, a pantry full of food, or a playroom full of toys & games.

I am thinking of using this within a closet. To become a table top sort of space with then slide out baskets below. I will not be needing the peg board backing. Is there a way I can purchase this bundle without it?
