Great flexibility for small spacesWe recently moved into a new rental apartment and all of the kitchen drawers are pretty small-- the largest measuring just shy of 9 inches wide. I searched several places for drawer organizers that would fit and came across these bamboo individual holders. The silverware drawer has 4 of the 3x9 inch holders laid out 2x2 (3 across wouldn't fit... grrrr). Another drawer has the smallest size that I use or loose bits like measuring spoons.

Sturdy, UsefulPurchased these for deep bathroom drawers. They stack nicely and are quite sturdy. The wood isn't so thick it makes them take up too much space. I will replace my clunky bamboo organizers in the kitchen with these!

It fills the gaps of your drawer organizerIf you have a drawer organizer, there will be some small gaps in the way it fits inside your drawer unless it was tailor made or you are extremely lucky.
These bamboo drawer organizers come in various sizes of length and width (the height is the same). We measured the backside of our drawer and found we could fit two different sizes (6 inch by 6 inch and a 12 inch by 6 inch) in the back of our current utensil drawer.
These fit perfectly and we're so happy that the utensil organizer will no longer slide back and forth as we open and close our drawer.
In the photo, the two drawer organizers are in the back or the larger organizer.

Works for weird shaped drawersI live in a home build in the 60's so the drawers are thin and very unfunctional. These organizers give you the opportunity to get the exact sizes you need for your kitchen supplies without drama fitting them into the drawer.

They worked for my "problem drawers"I have some very shallow drawers that have a low hanging thing in the middle preventing a normal drawer divider tray. These cubes were short enough, and small enough, that I could divide up the drawer and avoid the obstacle in the center. They were an answer to a problem that looks nice. They got stuff for hair and nails off the counter top and out of baskets and organized in the drawer :-).

Bamboo was splittingI ordered 5 of the stackable drawers for my utensils. Two of them arrived with the top edge of the bamboo split and coming off. I was able to glue it in place and use it. They are fine now but for the price I would expect them not to split.

I read several reviews before I bought them so I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed by a few tiny splinters here and there. The Square (6x6) was a little bit crooked and doesn't line up quite perfectly with the others, but they serve their purpose and are very sturdy.

Are the measurements listed for the Stackable Bamboo Drawer Organizers for the inside or the outside of the unit?
I was measuring my flatware to see which units they would fit in and some items are 8 inches long, some are 9 inches long and then I have some that are 10 1/2 inches long. I want to make sure I purchase the right size for the items.
The longest ones would fit in the 12 inch but I am concerned for the 9 inch items.

What about items that are deeper than 2"?
These look great and I'm excited about the idea of using them to organize my cluttered kitchen utensil drawer! But I just got everything out of the drawer to organize it, and I've realized that quite a few of my kitchen utensils (ladles, spatulas, whisks, funnels) are more than 2" deep. I'd love to see photos or hear how others worked with this.
