Just ok...These received some good reviews, but i wasn't impressed. They are spring loaded, so ulimately could stretch out shoes in a way that the heals slip off your feet. They were also awkward to manipulate. Something that could be manually adjusted might be better.

glad I could find itI like the cedar shoe trees. I had purchased a pair at an other store, they did not carry them anymore. I was happy to find them at the container store but could not understand why you wouldn't have them in several sizes. The order arrived on time and is satisfactory. I may order another pair or hopefully find my size in the store near where I live.

walked the dog today and they feel more comfy than ever.
cedar helps with foot odor too.
pricey but worth it; use as directed---don't just pull out, push in a bit then grap "handle" and pull gently,.
I don't see a size chart to know which size to choose. These are for my husband who wears a 9 EEE. Is there a way of knowing what S, M, L, XL shoe tree sizes fit which shoe size?

Will these stretch out my shoes? Can I use them in high heels/will they fit in a 3-4in heel or bootie?

When the properly sized shoe trees are used, they should not cause stretching of your footwear. Our Cedar Shoe Trees are suitable for most any style footwear, including high heels and booties.
