One of the Best RacksI've bought and been sorely disappointed by various garment racks. I have a tiny house, so garment racks are super useful to me. This is one of the *best* - super solid, not bulky - and wheels to make it a breeze to move around.
Handy side hooks and a rack below - the hangers glide on the bar and it holds a LOT of hangers and garments.

Functional Clothes Rack - just okayThe unit is just okay and when I was assembling it, one of the screw did not fit. I had to go to the hardware store to get a replacement. The wheels seemed oddly oversized for the rack and they smelled like tires. The only positive comment are the hangers on each side for extra storage.

Is it stainless steel? Will it withstand water exposure? How do you clean it?

it is a rust resistant stainless steel and should be wiped down with a damp cloth. It is not made to be used outside and can not withstand the elements.
