UselessI bought 2 of these - one for the kitchen, and one for the bathroom - and neither one of them stuck to the wall/cabinet for more than a few hours before I even hung towels on them. Going to have to drill a hole for a real rack after all, total waste of money.

Is the adhesive strong enough to hold heavy objects?
I want to hang an over the cabinet hair dryer container to this. Is this strong enough to hold the weight of a hair dryer, straightener, and curling wand?

How will I remove towel bar from a large wall mirror w/out leaving marks/residue? I am a renter and only bathroom wall surface near sink is mirrored.

The adhesive disks can be removed with a scraper. You will need to go in at an angle, get under it enough to let air in to break the vacuum, and it will peel off. Any outline or residue can be easily removed with "goo-gone" or acetone.

The adhesive discs of our Forma Adhesive Towel Bar are approximately 1-1/4" diam. The actual plastic and stainless discs covering the adhesive measure 1-11/16" wide x 2-1/2" high.

Is the 9" dimension for the outermost edges?
Not just the bar but the outer edges of the metal holders.
