Goodbye NAPO Rewards Card. Hello automatic discount on EVERYTHING including elfa and TCS Closets! We're rolling NAPO Rewards into our new Trade Program.

What you need to do.

  • Make sure you've enrolled in POP! and linked your NAPO ID on or before December 27, 2017 so you can be automatically enrolled in our new Trade Program.
  • Provide your POP! information when at checkout to receive your discount.

What you get starting January 1, 2018. The discount will be immediately applied. No more end-of-year Rewards.

Your discount will apply to regularly priced merchandise only. It will not apply towards gift cards, Contained Home, Installation, shipping, delivery and taxes. It is not valid if combined with another offer.

Things you need to know.

  • December 31, 2017 is the last day NAPO member transactions can be applied towards your 2017 NAPO Rewards Program.
  • If you don't link your active NAPO ID to your POP! account by December 27, you'll have to wait until March 1 to apply online to our new Trade Program.
  • Your automatic Trade Program discounts will begin January 1, 2018.
  • It is your responsibility to review your POP! account and ensure all your NAPO transactions are listed. You'll have until January 15th to add any missing transactions. After January 15th there will be no way to add past transactions towards your NAPO Rewards. No exceptions will be made. Sorry, we are unable to move transaction from another POP! account.
  • At the end of February, you will receive an email letting you know your 2017 NAPO Rewards have been loaded in your POP! Account.

2018 Trade Program Information

Q: What's going on with NAPO Rewards? A: After feedback from you, our NAPO members, we've decided to transition our NAPO Rewards program to our new Trade Program.

Q: How does the new Trade Program work? A: Beginning January 1st, 2018, NAPO members who have become approved members of The Container Store Trade program will begin receiving special discounts on the following products. The discount applies to regularly priced items only.

  • 15% off elfa
  • 10% off TCS Closets
  • 10% All other regularly priced products

Q: How do I begin receiving the Trade Program Discounts? A: If you were a NAPO member who linked your POP! account before December 27th, 2017 you will automatically begin receiving the Trade discounts on January 1st. Any NAPO member who did not link their POP! account with their NAPO ID before December 27th will need to wait and apply online beginning March 1st.

Q: How can I begin using my discount? A: Always provide your POP! account information at check-out. This will ensure your Trade Program discount is applied towards your purchase.

Q: What are the membership requirements to join the Trade Program? A: In order to join the Trade Program, you must present a business card indicating you're an Architect, Interior Designer or Professional Organizer. In addition, you'll need to present proof that you're a member of a professional organization, or a business license or resale certificate.

Q: Is there anything I cannot purchase with my Trade Program discount? A: The discount will apply to regular priced merchandise only. It will not apply towards gift cards, Contained Home, installation, shipping, delivery and taxes. This discount does not apply to previously purchased merchandise and is not valid if combined with another offer.

Q: Can a Trade member see a log of their purchases throughout the year? A: Yes! you can view a listing of your in-store and online purchases when you log in to your online account.

Q: Who can use my Trade discount? A: The approved Trade member is the only person who can use the Trade discount linked to their POP! account.

Q: How long is my membership to the Trade Program valid? A: The Trade Program discount is valid for two years. An automatic renewal will be sent. If you do not complete the renewal application within six months your Trade membership will be revoked.

Q: Can I use my Trade discount online? A: Yes, simply log-in using your POP! account and the discount will be automatically applied.

Q: Will I receive a special Trade membership card in the mail? A: No, we will not issue a special card. Instead, you'll need to provide your POP! email address at the time of purchase.

2017 NAPO Rewards Information

Q: What is the last day I can accumulate NAPO Rewards? A: December 31st is the last day transactions can be applied towards your NAPO Rewards.

Q: How can I confirm my Rewards total is correct? A: It is your responsibility to ensure all transactions are included within your POP! account. You can confirm your purchases by visiting www.containerstore.com and logging into your POP! account. You have until January 15th to add any missing transactions. Unfortunately, we are unable to add transactions to your Rewards total after January 15th for the previous year.

Q: When will my NAPO Rewards be available in my POP! account? A: The Container Store will issue NAPO Rewards at the end of February, following the earning period of each prior calendar year. We will email notification that NAPO Rewards are available in your POP! account.

Q: How are the 2017 NAPO Rewards amounts calculated? A: As an Active NAPO Professional or Provisional member, when you purchase $3,000 or more in product and/or installation from The Container Store in 2017, you will receive 10% of your total eligible, annual purchases as NAPO Rewards in your POP! account. NAPO Rewards are redeemable for product at The Container Store.

Q: How do I earn my 2017 NAPO Rewards? A: By purchasing product and/or installation at The Container Store either online or in stores from January 1st, 2017-December 31st, 2017. You must link your NAPO ID number with your POP! account and ensure you always provide your POP! account information at check-out. If you do not provide your POP! account information, the order will not be applied towards your Rewards total. See the NAPO Rewards Terms and conditions for details.

Q: Do I need to register my NAPO ID? A: Yes, to participate in the NAPO Rewards program, you must link your POP! account. If you did not link your POP! account before December 27th you will not receive your 2017 NAPO Rewards.

Q: What is the timeframe to earn a NAPO Rewards? A: January 1, 2017 through December 31st, 2017.

Q: Is there anything I cannot purchase with my NAPO Rewards? A: You cannot use your NAPO Rewards to purchase gift cards, installation services, Contained Home® organizing services, or delivery.

Q: What purchases will not earn NAPO Rewards in the NAPO Rewards Program? A: Redemption of your previous year's NAPO Rewards, in addition to shipping fees, tax, delivery fees, Contained Home® organizing services and gift cards are not eligible purchases as part of the NAPO Rewards Program.

Q: If I forgot to provide my POP! account to The Container Store employee when making my purchase, is there a way to have this transaction added into my profile so that it will count towards my NAPO Rewards? A: Yes! Provide the order number and POP! account to any sales person in the store or call our Customer Solutions department at 1-888-CONTAIN. We are unable to apply any transaction to your POP! account that has already been associated with another customers POP! account. Your last day to add a previous purchase to your linked POP! account is January 15th, 2018. There will be no exceptions.

Q: Can a NAPO member see a log of their purchases throughout the year? A: Yes! Once you link your POP! account with your NAPO ID number you can view a listing of your in-store and online purchases when you log in to your online account.

Q: Do my NAPO Rewards expire? A: Yes, the NAPO Rewards will expire on September 1st on the year it was issued. We will not be able to extend the expiration date for any unused portion. There will be no exceptions.

Q: Do fees paid for The Container Store's Installation Services count toward my NAPO Rewards? A: Yes!

Q: Can I link two NAPO numbers to one POP! account? A: No, you can only link your individual NAPO ID number with your POP! account.

Q: Can I link my NAPO number to multiple POP! accounts? A: No, your NAPO ID number can only be linked to one POP! account.
