Located at our Home Office in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, our Customer Solutions Department has the right answers. They are experts at assisting customers on the phone, through email and via live chat on our website. Whether you work full-time or part-time, as a team member, you'll receive extensive training about our products, systems and services. You'll support our stores and help customers place orders, answer questions about shipping and products, and plan custom closets using our proprietary software. And you'll be able to take advantage of unique benefits like chair massages, dry cleaning services and our onsite café, subsidized by the company.
