Helps keep me organized. I was in paper overload. I decided to buy a file attractive enough to leave on my desk, buy folders I liked and use that incentive to stay organized. This file is small enough to keep off to the side of my desk, but because it's on my desk I actually use it.. It is,t big enough to hold a couple months worth of receipts, medical stuff , and bank papers and school papers. It was exactly what I needed. And I love the orange. Filing shouldn't have to be dull! Circuit Desktop File Great filing system to drop into a drawer or put on top of a desk. We had some deep drawers in our office and storage area that weren't being fully utilized. Didn't want to buy a filing cabinet and needed more filing space. We bought a few of these desktop files and put them in the drawers. Works great, isn't expensive and keeps the files out of sight.
