Lives Up to Its Description
I have been using these mats daily for four years & recently ordered a new set. Pros: Portably lightweight, flexible, non-slip, and no noticeable dulling of knives (but I hone my knives frequently)
Con: Best to hand wash if dishwasher runs at higher temps, to avoid curling.

Cute AND clean!
These cutting "boards" are cute, color coded, thin for easy storage, dishwasher safe, and prevent cross contamination. A brilliant idea. Since I do not eat beef, I use the board with the cow on it as a mat for the cat food dishes. Adorable.

They are wonderfully designed, but I cut through them in just 3 weeks. Still usable though :/

Thought this was a great idea to prevent contaimination however I found that the plastic was too thin. I ended up leaving some faint knife marks on my countertop. You might be better off placing a thicker board under these plastic ones but then is there really a point to purchase this in the first place?
