Better Directions and Easier Installation Please!! I saw the shelving unit online and in stores and took the chance to purchase it at the Elfa shelf sale. I have to say purchasing it was the easy part and assembling the unit has been a pain ever since. It seems that the company that really makes these shelves is Italian so the English version of the directions are VERY minimal. No more than 2 sentences and the pictures that match the instructions are unsatisfactory. After assembling the whole entire unit I now have to take down the whole entire thing because the instructions fail to tell you that you need to have accessories such has the shelf or X-divider placed in before you put the door. And the door was a complete NIGHTMARE getting in. If you decide to purchase this have a Container Store employee talk you through the whole entire process of the configuration you choose. You'll save a lot of time and aggravation. I gave it an average rating because it does look nice and offers me a lot options for space and storage than a dresser would. If I knew then what I know now then I would purchase armed with knowledge. December 9, 2010
