Commandâ¿¢ Adhesive Oiled Bronze Hooks 4.9 5 16 16
LOVE THESE! These hooks are wonderful - they look nice and best of all hold anything. I used them on the back of the doors in my bathrooms... they hold jeans, wet towels, anything really! And I just moved, I was worried about getting them off - but it was just as easy as putting them up... no mark on the wall, came off easy and ready to be reapplied in the new place. March 20, 2012
Great when you need an extra hook I picked these as I didn't want to permanently attach hooks or put holes in my doors. They work perfectly for how they are being used, hold quite a bit of weight, and are easy to attach. April 5, 2010
amazing holding capacity bought this to hang up my sons backpack (4.5 pounds) after school and it is still holding strong. amazing! May 25, 2010
They work great and look good I bought these to hang temporarily in my bath, so I could decide on placement for the "real" hooks I was planning to purchase. I didn't want any unnecessary holes in the wall. I never took them down. Didn't need to, they work great and look good. The fixtures in my bath are bronze and these blend well. February 1, 2011

How much space is there between the back part and the hook? In other words, how wide of a thing (strap, whatever) can hang on this? Thanks!

Answer:
I measured 5/8" in the center. The area is tighter at the base.

While this has a water-resistant adhesive, it may not be a good option inside a shower. Please see our product recommendations below.

Answer:
Yes, it can. I installed this exact hook on our bathroom tile in the shower. It's in a spot where it won't get too wet though. Rust could be a factor over time. A professional organizer told me that he convenience of Command hooks is that you can remove the hook without leaving any adhesive residue behind and reuse the hook. There is no risk in trying out any installation!
