Heavy-Duty 3-Bin Laundry Sorter
I was very excited to purchase this laundry sorter. I live in an apartment complex, so I wanted to use this product to wheel all of my laundry down the hall to the laundry room. Unfortunately, it has been more of a headache than a help. The velcro attaching the bag to the frame is not able to sustain the weight of very much laundry at all. It comes undone more often than not, and once it has become detached, the only way to reattach is to first remove all of the laundry (the weight of the laundry tears apart the velcro on one side before you are able to reattach the other - a vicious cycle!) This has happened to me too many times to count in between the distance of my front door to the laundry room. I've gone back to using an "old-fashioned" laundry basket and feel that this item was a waste of money. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Great until you put anything in it
I was really hoping to like this product. It looks great. I left one half of one of the sections full overnight and the velcro separated so all the fabric fell. It's done that two times since then.

Poor design, even poorer customer!
Total waste of $ (and far too expensive for such cheap work!).
~ The cris-cross design allows for folding up, it's true - but how often does one actually need to fold it up and store it? Not enough to justify it.
~ The criss-cross also leaves the framework far too unsteady. Mine got bent out of shape within the first week or two, just from me rolling it down the hall.
~The velcro is a poor choice for attaching to the bars - it pulls down far too easily, ruins other fabrics when laundering, and gets itself caught on fine fabrics.
~ metal piping is a poor choice - even if it IS thicker than other brands, it's still not sturdy enough.
~ washing the fabric 'bags' is an exercise in futility - even turned inside out, it doesn't allow the inside to be cleaned properly. And then the velcro is problematic...
~ I HATE THIS PRODUCT!

Very poor quality on replacement bags offered
I originally purchased this product seven years ago. Through the years I've added Velcro to help it hold better. Sewn the inside dividers as they eventually began to tear due to years of clothes being tossed on top of them. I ordered the replacement bag because after seven years...well, it was time. I immediately put the new one on upon receipt. Fifteen minutes later, someone tossed a towel in and one of the hamper dividers tore about six inches. I repaired it. Later that evening someone threw a pair of jeans into the hamper. You guessed it, another tear, but this time on the opposite divider. So, again, I repaired it. This has happened now about six times. I'm considering throwing the whole thing in the trash where it belongs. It's frustrating! How can the Container Store offer a replacement product of such poor quality, for an item that originally was excellent quality?
