Cedar Sachet

Our Cedar Sachet is one of our most popular pest protection products. It's chocked full of aromatic Cedar shavings and gives off the scent of fresh Cedar that humans love and insects like moths and carpet beetles hate. The Cedar scent will last for quite some time, depending on the amount of air flow, the temperature, and the size of the storage space the sachet's used in. When the scent begins to fade, revitalize it with a squeeze. Replace your sachets after a year. There's a drawstring closure that doubles as a hanging loop for use on hangers, hooks, or door knobs. Toss these handy sachets into drawers, storage boxes, or garment bags for natural protection.

Cedar chips I looked around locally and found the price for similar products much higher. I ordered these and got them within 2 days and hung them up in all the closets. They have worked beautifully. Love the smell of cedar as well. March 18, 2014
Cedar Sachet These cedar sachet's are great for protecting wool and cashmere in closets and in drawers. They help keep the moths away and leave clothes smelling great! April 20, 2013
Doesn't smell very strong I am disappointed with this product. The odor is weak and does not transfer to the clothes in my drawers. I would not buy it again. August 17, 2012
Very practical.... After a moth scare, I purchased a bunch of these to place inside my off-season bed linen storage containers and to hang inside the closet. So far so good.. May 5, 2012

The closet is approximately 8'x10' with an 8' ceiling. The door is generally closed although there is a small ventilation vent (4"x8") located in a corner. The stored clothes are generally clean, although when one enters it after it's been closed up for a while, there is a distinct odor (not really offensive, but it is very noticeable). I was going to use moth balls but I thought the cedar might be more pleasant. I just want to make certain I buy enough to insure that what I do is effective.
