Love the shoe racks! I purchased a complete elfa closet organizer in white ventilated shelving. I have a pretty small closet with one door entrance to it in my 1950's home and I absolutely LOVE the system. I am so excited about it, especially these gliding shoe racks. I also have one of the gliding shoe racks for heeled shoes with the system. A little shaky I installed three shoe glides. A little tricky at first but then I got the hang of it and they went in well enough. I think I'll add some Standard Wall Clips to provide additional stability because the glides tend to wobble just a bit when pulled out. I definitely want to add bracket covers (the next time there's a sale) for a more finished look. One complaint: in my order for pick up I had several 16" shelves plus the shoe glides, which also require 16" brackets. Although in my own notes I listed 16" brackets I mistakenly ordered 12" ones and didn't realize it til I got home and was about to install them. Too bad the Container Store order program doesn't pick up on mis-orders like that - or the humans who fill the order at the store. I had no 12" shelves in this order. I'm sure I've ordered other things online where verification is requested. Nothing major. An inconvenience. Oh, and the 12" brackets I got during the 30% sale -- had to pay full price for the 10 16" ones I actually needed because the sale was over by then. February 24, 2013
