Great Coat Rack...Terrible hardware This is a very sleek and stylish set of coat hooks. The fold out hooks are strong and fold away so they don't catch on things unnecessarily. Very modern and clean looking. BUT... The screws that come with this unit are cheap and weak. During installation of the first rack (I bought 2), one screw became so stripped I had to unscrew it with pliers. And the 2nd screw snapped in half. I was screwing them into a door, not stone. Perhaps if the screws included are only meant to be used with the included drywall anchors, there should be another set of screws for wood? Other than the screws, this would have been a 5 star review. March 23, 2014
Convenient Hook System for low spaces We needed a hook system for our younger children to be able to hang things, but didn't want to be constantly banging into them. This system is great because the hooks are only out when in use. We only hand kids coats and light bags, but so far it's been working out great! January 14, 2014
Love! I bought this when I saw it at the store. We recently sold our house and the buyers requested for the rack to stay. My husband promised he would buy me another one. I am ordering two. :) September 17, 2013
Ehh, mounting is poor, directions too I have mine up, it is OK at best. If you were to put heavy coats on all 5 hooks I think is it coming down because the mounting is two screws and plastic anchors so there is no attempt to get any of the screws into a stud. Worse, it is designed so you have to put the screws up and then hang the coat hanger on them with keyhole like holes on the back of it. You have to leave the screw heads out just enough to allow the material to slide between the wall and the head of the screw. This is tricky as it is always either too tight, won't go on or to loose, goes on but isn't snug. I expect a coat hangar rack to be affixed to the wall with something other than drywall holding it up. This thing is marginal at best. I'd add a picture of the mounting but don't want to take it down cause I finally got the screws just snug enough. September 15, 2013
