Bungee Overdoor Towel Rack by Umbra®
I actually asked for something to organize my scarves. I had them piled on an over-the-door multi pronged hanger and they were hard to see in the piles. I wasn't sure how this would work because the scarves might drag on floor. Because the rods are movable I could position them higher and knot each scarf onto rod. I arranged them by colors per rod and they now cover the back of a door to the bathroom area. I can actually pick out a scarf cause I can see them.

Great storage solution
I'm trying to help my 5 year old be more independent, which includes hanging up her towel when she's done. The towel rack in her bathroom is too high for her to reach and the bathroom is incredibly small so moving it wasn't an option.
We've been using this towel rack for about a month now and it works perfectly. I love that the height of each bar is adjustable, hanging it up was very fast (less than 5 minutes, no tools required), and the hooks don't move around. One of the bars did fall out the other day when nothing was hanging on it, but I put it back in and it has been fine since.
I almost didn't buy it because another reviewer commented on how visible the metal hooks are, but I don't even notice them from day to day. That being said, if I wasn't a renter I might have done more brainstorming to find a different solution, but I'm satisfied with this for a quick, affordable fix.

Could have been great
Great idea and it seems decently constructed. Unfortunately I cannot close the door with the rack on it. A redesign with a slimmer top might make this a must-have. Until then, I'll keep trying other brands.

not for those who care about appearances...
this towel rack is useful and effective, seemed sturdy and definitely fit well on my door, however it looks MUCH different in person. in the online photos it looks modern, sleek and attractive, in person it looks like two bungie cords my dad would use to attach something to the roof of his car. also, the way that it attaches has the metal pieces that affix to your door actually sticking straight out from the door, which looks awkward and they can get kicked/banged around. in general i was disappointed bc i care what it looks like and the pictures are just not accurate. from a practicality/usefulness perspective it works, it's cheap, it's easily to assemble/hang and remove (luckily for me bc it remained on my door for about a day).
