Dry Cleaning Pad
Awful and messy
This doesn't work and makes a huge mess. You're supposed to squeeze it before using - the stuff from inside crumbles, falls out and makes a mess on the floor or table, whichever is directly beneath it. When you rub it against whatever you're cleaning, more stuff from the inside crumbles & spills all over the place. It doesn't even remove the stains. It's a piece of junk and I returned it.

I've used this twice so far! It seems to work fine but does require clean up when you are through! Have a handivac near by!

This product was worth the purchase
I used mine for the first time today on a fabric, hanging shoe rack. It removed most of the smudges that were left by my shoes. I decided to use the shoe holder for something else but it looked pretty bad from a few years of using it for shoes. This little pad removed the majority of it with little effort.
I know there is another review stating it was a mess to clean up after but I have a small, cordless vacuum that picked it all up without any problems. I have to drive a good distance to the closest Container Store so I'm picking up another one on my next trip to have as a back up.

Powder, powder, everywhere
This is hardly worth the effort and definitely not worth the time it took to clean up.
The instructions say "Rub as hard as necessary..." I was pushing and twisting, and scrubbing as hard as I could and very little dirt came off my lightly soiled backpack.
The instructions say "Brush away or vacuum residual powder." My suggestion is to line your floor with newspapers to catch the amazing amount of powder that streams out of the little pillow. I spent as much time vacuuming up the powder as I did cleaning.
Actually, it's not powder. It reminds me of the debris we used to have when using art erasers. Little bits of rubberized stuff all over.
The product also does not last that much. I did part of a backpack and two suede shoes and the bag is is more than half empty.
