Amazing! This organizer is more than you would expect! It has 2 medium compartments and 1 large compartment with a zippered pouch over that. The larger compartment will easily hold a change of clothes/bathing suit/additional shirt if you wanted to keep a change of clothes close in your carry on. The smaller compartments are still very generous and will hold undergarments, hygiene items or smaller clothes. The zippered pouch can hold laundry soap packets/belts/scarves...the list is endless. I'm packing for Europe today and haven't "used" it yet, but I'm having a hard time filling it up! PLEASE NOTE that this will generally fill the larger compartment of a standard backpack. Don't leave home without it. I purchased the organizer for a cruise. I filled it with my meds and toiletries. It was perfect to unpack just simply unzip and hang it from the bathroom door hook. already owned two, purchased two more we were all sharing the two...there was a point where all of us were traveling at the same time and it made so much sense to purchase two more. if you hold out, you may luck out and get the sale price. by far, this is my favorite eagle creek product. every time I've traveled with this, customs/TSA has not stopped me.
