must-have for travel
I travel with my clothes on their hangers, so that I can hang them up straight from my suitcase. When I saw these garment sleeves, I had to try them out. I bought 3. The description says that each sleeve holds 2 hangers. Well, I disagree. I use the no-slip felted hangers that have wire hooks. I can fit 5 of these per sleeve. And, I usually put several pieces of clothing on each hanger. If you don't mind squeezing a little, you can easily fit 3 complete outfits in 1 sleeve. Since I travel for long periods of time, I usually group my clothing into casual, dressy, and semi-casual. I pack those outfits accordingly into one of the 3 garment sleeves. After my flight, I can just unroll, hang, and unzip the garment sleeves to let any wrinkles fall out. I velcro the tabs together behind the sleeve to get them out of my way so that I can get to my clothes.

Think Before You Buy
If you are going to be taking any more than a few shirts, or 1 suit, I would reconsider making this purchase. Other reviews for this comment on the small fabric holes for the hangers. I agree with this 100%. But the bigger problem is that it just isn't big enough.
When I travel, I need to take 2 or 3 suits with me, plus dress shirts. 2 suits with jackets and pants are already too much for this product. You can put them into it, but you won't be able to fold it. The most I would recommend using it for would be 1 suit (2 pieces) and 1 shirt. If you have any more than that, I would look for something else.
We are going to be taking this one back to the store.

Good if you use wire hangers
This is a handy little packing item. I bought it to use to take my work clothes to the gym, however, and the slots for the hangers are too small for my plastic hangers from home --- kind of a pain to change the hangers just to go to gym.....

Modern, compact garment bag
I bought this as well as the garment sleeve from the same product line (Eagle). This garment bag is smaller but can take one womans wool coat + one suit, or a few dresses. The garment sleeve can take blouses and dresses also so depending on the formality of where you are going and whether it is winter or not, its one or the other. Its so nice to have a compact garment bag for a change, so many of them are super heavy- this is lightweight.
