White Solid Oak Folding Hutch
Perfect size for a dorm room desk. Easily accommodates a printer underneath while leaving room for Laptop and desk necessities... and is even packaged for easy transport to the dorm. Only minor flaw in the hutch is the manufacturer's brand on the underside of the lower shelf. The brand is noticeable on the white hutch but not on the darker stained hutches. Only the person sitting at the desk will notice it but it should have been placed somewhere else.

Prefect for my desk!
I got a desk that has huge surface but without any storage above or below. This hutch fitted perfectly onto my desk without taking up too much space but adding more space vertically. It is very stable and has not left any marks on my glass desk. It leaves enough room between the ground and the first shelf to fit an average sized computer monitor.
It folds up easy to move or store away depending on where I'm living. It is also fairly light. It also comes assembled, you just have to unfold it!
The shelves are a little short because of the design to not take up too much space, but will fit most books and the Container's Stores magazine files just fine.

I needed to expand storage space for my home office and visited the container store for inspiration. I found many great options, but loved the folding hutch, particularly its in-store display, which was on top of a simple table top with legs. I stole the idea, and I love it!

Great for college students
Got this for my dorm when I found out the desk in my room had minimal storage, and me being a messy college kid, if there is nowhere to throw my books, pencils, graphing calculator, post its, etc, they would just be thrown all over my desk, and life would be crazy. This however worked out amazingly. Its very sturdy and simple, I could throw all my books and stuff on it, and also it has a lot of room underneath so my 17.3 in laptop could fit snug underneath it without problem. Its very appealing to the eye, and makes me look forward to using my desk to study!
