Better than woolite Smells better and is soapier than woolite. A little goes a long way with this- I believe these laundress products are the best for hard water which leaves residue on clothes and causes detergents not to soap up. This gets soapy without an additional water softener additive. The only problem is I am not sure what the difference is between the cashmere soap and the regular- not sure you need a separate bottle just for sweaters. March 22, 2012

Much better than dry cleaning I wash all my "dry clean only" wool blend skirts, pants and sweaters using this shampoo. I was hesitant at first but this works and it's such a better alternative to dry cleaning. I use a front loading washer with a wool cycle(it's really just a delicate cycle with cold wash and cold rinse). They wash for about 30 minutes and then I hang everything up to air dry. The pants usually need a good steam iron to get the wrinkles out but they smell clean and without the harsh chemicals of dry cleaning. There is no shrinking at all and again, so much better than dry cleaning. I use the delicate shampoo too for undergarments and it works great too. January 16, 2012
