Brocade Wall File 4.5 5 29 29
Pretty but screws are useless This is very pretty and looks lovely against the turquoise walls of my office. However the screws that are included have heads that are too large to fit through the mounting holes. My husband swore a lot trying to hang this file and finally went to but different screws. Classy & Fun Love the look of this wall file. Used bright colored folders to really make it pop. By changing the color/design of the file you can change the whole look. Have the best looking office space at work. February 19, 2014
serious design flaw but looks good once you fix it My wife bought these and asked me to install them for her; looked like a 5min job. Arg... an hour later they were up. Here's the short version on what you need to do: trash the screws they give you and replace them w/ screws that have a slightly smaller head. Secure the screws in place, get them tightened almost to the wall, then hang the file on the screws. Longer version: the screws included have heads too large to do what I described above. The design of the front of the file LOOKS like you can put a screwdriver through the lattice to drive screws through the holes on the back but any screwdriver that fits is too small to drive the necessary size screw without stripping the head. If you know this ahead of time and do what I described above, it's a 10min installation. January 20, 2014
Pretty Office Filing I was looking for some ways to make my home office prettier and more organized. This wall file was a great find. It looks exactly like the picture and helped me clear off my desk so I have more work space. I definitely recommend! August 30, 2013

As I'm a college student, I cannot mount anything to the walls in such a way that it will leave a trace following the year's end.

Answer:
We do not recommend using an adhesive to support the Brocade Wall File because it is made of metal. We have recommended a lighter weight option that may better suit your needs. Please review our Product Recommendations for more details.

Hanging Option?

Is there a way to mount this to an over the door hanger, so as not to damage a door? I'd like to mount it to the door, but the panel of the door is so thin, I think the screws will go right through it.
