Conceal Book Shelves by Umbra®
Great Product, Great Price
I was worried these would border between cool and strange-looking, but we installed five of them in our living room last night and they look fantastic. Hardcover books without the jackets look best, and serve as bookcases and art all at once. They also hold more books than I expected them to (we got the small sized brackets) - we could easily put 8-10 books on each if we mixed a few paperbacks in. The bottom book on each shelf needs to be hardcover, though.
Only downside is installation - two screws are the only hardware included, so you either need to find studs (which didn't suit where we wanted to place them) or provide your own wall anchors, etc.

These are by far my favorite product from the Container Store! They work best if the bottom book is a hardback, but then you can stack paperbacks on top of it. I love them for all kinds of books, but especially to display series of books. Everyone who sees them on my wall immediately wants them. They are my favorite gift to give as housewarming presents!

I bought these shelves instead of a spine shelf after they were recommended by a friend. These are great shelves. They add a modern look to any room. The two sizes are ideal when doing multiples. The hardest part was locating a stud and spacing them out how I wanted them.

Truly Unique Look
The Conceal Book Shelves by Umbra lend a truly unique and intriguing look to any space. They're easy to install; however, you'll want to find a stud behind your dry wall.
