Silver Garment Rack Product arrived in fair time. When I went to assemble the product I discovered it was missing one of the sets of black plastic stoppers so I was only able to put one of two shelves up the first day. I called to have a set sent out and the situation was well taken care of. Also during assembly, while attempting to put the wheels in, I discovered a couple of the support poles were not fully threaded on the bottom, preventing the wheels from screwing in all the way (only about half way). Fixing this required a special drill and tap to finish threading the hole...this was quite disappointing. Once I was able to get that done, everything came together well and despite these errors I am now pleased with the product. May 6, 2013

A Moving Must Have I purchased this garment rack for a cross country move to use when I got to my new location knowing I wouldn't have enough closet space initially. I hesitated on the purchase because of the price, but I'm so happy I didn't let the price stop me! It has come in SO handy and it's sturdy and holds a lot! I have moved again since and use it in my garage with a cover as an extra "closet". April 26, 2013
