Perfection, finally Living in a very small apartment, we haven't really had room for our "office". I finally found a narrow desk to fit in the corner of our room but the limited surface area left me with no where to store the office supplies. Enter urbio!! With just three panels and 4 bins I was able to collect all the bits and pieces that I am used to finding stashed all over the house. Plus the contemporary and mobile nature of the system just makes it so useable.looking forward to doing my herb garden in one next month! June 10, 2014
otherwise useful outer door of fridge transformed To a high action vertical surface that adds much needed versatility and storage space to my tiny kitchenette. I have three string bean containers for tall utensils, such as ladles. I have two wide mouth containers, one for all kinds of cheese cutters and the other for storing a plastic microwave veggie steamer upright. I have a whole bunch of shorties. One houses my precious Zyliss can opener. Others house pens, pencils, highlighters, etc. these magnets are super super super strong. May 4, 2014
AMAZING product! A MUST HAVE! I absolutely LOVE my new Urbio Modular System. My office/studio has never been so organized and I have everything I need right at my fingertips. I love how the pieces are so sleek looking and can move around to fit your every need. Even my kids can even easily take off the container of crayons and return them to their space with no problem and best of all, no mess. It's also so convenient that the board is magnetic so I can leave myself reminders. I highly recommend this product to everyone who wants to get organized! April 27, 2014
Unexpected Use I purchased this item to use as a pencil/hem gauge/seam ripper holder on my metal utility board that I recently mounted on the wall next to my sewing machine. I have hooks holding my scissors, a box for the white and black threads (most commonly used), hooks holding rulers, etc. This box was not going to work as I had planned but loved the item. I suddenly realized that it is perfect for storing spools of thread when I finish using them. They've been just piling up on my sewing table until I get ready to put them away. This use is unexpected - and perfect. April 24, 2014

Answer:
None of the items have a completely flat bottom. However, the Wide Mouth Magnetic Container (item: 10060271) and the Shorty Magnetic Container (item: 10060273) will stand independently on a flat surface (depending upon what items you store in them.)

The Big Daddy Magnetic Container (item: 10060270) and the String Bean Magnetic Container (item: 10060272)
will not stand up independently on a flat surface.

We do not recommend exceeding 10-12 lbs per unit. Urbio would be perfect for holding cooking utensils.

How do you install the system to the wall?

Not sure I want to put screws in my pantry wall. Could I use the heavy duty Command strips instead? I think they will hold 9 lbs how, use 4 for each square? I don't really plan to put heavy stuff in them, but perhaps batteries in a small one? Thanks.

Answer:
We do not recommend using Command strips or velcro to mount this solution. The weight of the product, in addition to the weight of the items stored in the solution will most likely be more than the strips can handle, and it could fall.

You may want to look into our Polytherm Grid System as it is designed to be adhesive mounted friendly. Please view the Product Recommendations below for additional details.
