4-LED Motion Sensor Light
We love this little light. Very bright.
Just purchased this for an outdoor covered porch aiming down onto the steps out to the deck. It's not listed as use for outdoors but we've do have it under cover and it isn't facing the sun which might cause clouding of the sensor over time.
We are going to use "rechargeable batteries" in it because we have the feeling it will use up regular type batteries as the output is very bright.
Couldn't be happer with this light at this point.

Great for stairways
We have a stairwell that doesn't have any electrical outlets (so can't use a traditional nightlight). This product works perfectly. We mounted it at the top of the stairwell, and it is bright and illuminates a huge area. You can adjust the direction of the light. It's motion activated, and also has a light sensor, so it won't go on during the day. I also bought a smaller unit that is motion activated, but it doesn't have the light sensor, so I need to turn it off every morning, and back on at night. IMHO, this one is worth the extra cost to avoid having to do that. I do wish that the light were a little dimmer. I keep lecturing the kids not to look at it, or it will hurt their eyesight. It's definitely "ultra-bright", as the description states.

Bright and well made but turns off quickly
I'm sorry to give this light only 2 stars because I'd give it 5 if it would stay on. It's far brighter than similar lights I've tried, and it's great that you can direct the light. But it only stays on for a few seconds, not nearly long enough for me to find anything in the closet! To get it to go back on you have to wave your hand directly in front of it, and in a closet that is NOT convenient (where would it be?).

Versatile safety device for caregivers
I had been looking for a battery operated motion detector light as a safety measure for patients with Alzheimers/dementia who are living 'at home' in the care of family -- something that could be mounted easily anywhere, particularly in hallways and bathrooms to help patients find their way at night. This sensor light is perfect for this application - particularly in older homes where electrical outlets aren't always available where they are needed. It also comes packaged with an optional magnetic mount so it can be stuck to a refrigerator or any metallic surface. The unit can be easily slipped out of the mounting bracket and used as an emergency flashlight if needed. The ability to aim the light is also a useful feature.
