Breaks easily I used this as a dispenser for dish soap. It holds a good amount of soap & dispenses it without making a mess. The problem is that the black plastic piece on top is very flimsy & breaks easily. I went through 4 of them within a year & a half period before giving up & switching to a different brand. Awesome until it breaks I bought this as part of the sink organizing caddy set. It looks and works great, or at least it did until it breaks. I've been through three of these thus far. I ordered the first one online with the sink caddy and other OXO brush accessories. Worked great then suddenly stopped pumping soap. Didn't look or feel broken. Just died. Odd. I contacted Container Store and they graciously replaced it since it was a recent purchase. The second one slipped into the sink due to soapy, slippery hands and cracked. My own clumsiness. The third which I purchased at the store, is now also not pumping. This time it feels broken. Message received. Unlike all other OXO products I've purchased, this one just isn't durable. Great Pump Dispensers I bought two of these for shampoo and conditioner. They work great and look great. My only complaint is the OXO sticker on them was the devil to get off and left a sticky residue behind. September 30, 2012

Great Replacement for the Dish Liquid Bottle Don't know why I waited so long to buy a product like this one, because I hated having the ugly bottle of soap as a permanent fixture on my counter . This Oxo pump dispenser looks great in our kitchen (stainless appliances, black counters). Functionally, it is a breeze to fill and holds a lot of soap. Pumping mechanism easy to work. July 20, 2012
