Excellent Customer Service The entire process of creating the elfa system for one of my closets has been something I have always wanted to do but was always intimidated by the process. This weekend I went to the store with measurements and sat with "Susan" at the store who was very patient, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with creating a fantastic closet for my son! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PRODUCT! Had a VERY small closet in a second bedroom, so needed more storage ad closet space. Knew what I wanted, but didn't find it until I googled the Container Store. OMG! This is the best thing since sliced bread. I am a small, middle aged woman and I put this together in two hours!!! All the pieces were there, too. Also, customer services was amazing. Easiest custom closet ever!! Wanted to customize our new walk-in closet, but knew we wouldn't be living In this house forever. We bought the freestanding platinum Elfa in Miami and drove it home to Tampa in our minivan with room to spare. Set up was super easy, and now our walk-in closet looks like it was fully customized, but it was a fraction of the cost and we can take our closet with us when we move. Love,love,love our Elfa!
