Our eco-smart™ Cutting Board is an entirely new way to think eco-friendly. It's made of recycled, food-grade polypropylene and flax husk which would normally be discarded. The flax husk content reduces the amount of plastic required in manufacturing, greatly reducing its carbon footprint. Each board saves 60 plastic containers per year from sitting in a landfill.
