Great storage I've inherited my mother-in-laws silver and was looking for these to replace a few that she had had for many years. These fit the bill and seem to work well. Regular storage chests just don't protect silver and being able to keep the place settings together is a plus to me. March 19, 2013

not sure I, like most reviewers of this product, am not sure of the quality of this product. I'm using it to store my formal flatware, which is 18/10 stainless steel. the reason I decided on this instead of a chest for my flatware is because my flatware wouldn't fit into it, so, in terms of storing flatware that won't fit anywhere else, this is great. It's nice to be able to pull out each place setting instead of all the forks, all the knives, etc. However, Im concerned about the tarnishing issues I've read about on this product so I keep checking my flatware. so far so good (I think SS should be ok, no?) Still not sure on this one I purchased twelve of these (plus some for serving pieces), spent a lot of money and I'm still not sure if I would recommend them to a friend. I like that the pockets are stitched, but the flap that folds down over the tops of the knives, forks, spoons is not as long as it should be. Also, when the package is rolled up, the last piece in the roll is a little exposed, as there's no extra fabric on the end. Why bother buying this product if the silver is exposed when that's the purpose of buying them? The weight of the fabric was thinner than I had hoped. All around, I expected a higher quality product from Hagerty. September 19, 2011
