Good enough. This board does work nicely for folding shirts, but somehow I had thought it would be useful for folding other things too. I can fold my shirts just as quickly and more to my liking without this, so I was a bit disappointed. I also think it's too expensive for what it is. August 8, 2014
Skeptical, but once tried everyone loves it I bought this for my daughter heading off to college in the hopes that some of her laundry would get packed away as her rod space is limited. At first my husband thought it was a frivolous buy. Once my daughter figured out how to use it she was hooked. My husband gave it a try as he packed for vacation and loved how it made everything the same size making it easier to pack. I like it so much I may purchase a second one for home. August 6, 2014
Awesome! This is a great piece to own. It makes great use of small spaces and most of all it helps keep my drawers organized! July 27, 2014
How else can this product be used? So far it works for T-shirts but haven't found a way to use it for towels or anything else. If it hadn't been on sale, I wouldn't have bought it, and it was still pricey for what it does. July 18, 2014

My 11 year old girls have long, skinny shirts and it doesn't look like this would work so well on them.

There is a smaller one. If Container Store doesn't carry it, you can probably find it online. I don't have kids, but I use the smaller one for items like my camisoles and my husband's boxers.

Can this fold bath towels?

The towel in the video looked thinner to what we use. Can this be used on larger, thicker bath towels?

Answer:
I use it for bath towels, even super-heavy oversized ones (and also for beach towels). I just start by folding them in half before I lay them on the flipfold, making sure one side of the folded towel aligns with the side of the flipfold (same with the top). If there's any overhang on the bottom, I fold that up to make it even. Then I flip the sides. It sounds complicated when you try to describe it to someone else, but it's actually quite simple. I use the same method for other large items, like sheets and tablecloths.

The video only shows short-sleeve shirts being folded, so it makes me skeptical about its ability to fold long-sleeve items.

Answer:
There are directions included. The sleeves are folded straight across from left to right. A long sleeve will be folded twice. Don't worry. It works also for longer shirts. Just fold tp the bottom to fit onto the form before doing the "flips."

It would be nice to have for shirts and pants, but I do a relatively good job of folding without the help of this device. However folding sheets - especially the bottom sheet - is much harder. Does this device work for bed linens - or do they just mean towels?

Answer:
If you can get the fitted sheet folded neatly in quarters (you know, where all the corners are nested inside each other), and lay it on the FlipFold so that the straight/even sides line up with two edges of the board, you can manually fold in the excess (the two messy sides), using the FF as a template. Then flip and fold, and it should come out in a nice, rectangular package.
